The workshop will introduce the ACT model (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and how it can be applied practically to build resilience and psychological flexibility in yourself and your clients.

It will cover the 6 key ACT  principles, and provide practice mindfulness and acceptance strategies that can be used to help people manage distressing thoughts, feelings and pain that effect their resilience and wellbeing.
